This place is actually magical. In the fully true sense of magic.
You go in with your kids and a pocket full of cash, and magically leave with no cash and broken hairclip.
The jewellery is tat. But to be fair, kids of that age like it. So yeah.

My daughter had her party here last week and I cannot thank you guys enough it was the best experience ever. I went in and spoke to Malossa and had to book it there and then. I told her my daughter loves Taylor swift and they just created the most amazing party for a 9 year old. Riley and Malossa went the extra mile wore Taylor swift tops and just created the best atmosphere. But I do just want to give Malossa a massive shout out she was honestly incredible thank you so much would highly recommend a party here to anyone. Worth every penny thank you Claire?s Staines ?

A fantastic experience
So we had booked our children in to get their ears done over in the hounslow branch and nothing more but a disgrace over there
I phoned the stains store, and vicky in the stains branch was nothing but an absolute star
Even tho the store was very busy, she said she would fit us in
We arrived in the store and nothing but fantastic service she was absolutely fantastic with my youngest getting her ears done for the 1st time
I could not thank her enough for her politeness and kindness towards us
She explained all the different types of studs and prices
Vicky was more than fantastic, and her service should be commented

I had an amazing experience with Kerry and another lady (sorry have forgotten her name!) she was training a few weeks back when I went in for x4 piercings. They were extremely professional and friendly and I would highly recommend to anyone looking to have ears pierced at Claire?s in Staines! Xx

Recently visited the Staines branch of Claire?s and was served by the cheery Vicky - she was very informative about the various offers on at the moment and shared lots of useful information about their ear piercing services.
The shop however was clearly understaffed as there was little stock on display.

I cancelled my order on 24th June 2024 and today is 25th July 2024 and still not received any refund. I emailed customer service but no response yet. Worst customer service.

Place looks like a dump, mess all over the floor and products just lying all over the place. One staff member there and not doing anything to tidy up.

Claire?s: We Came On Sunday And There Was Lights On In the Shop And There Was No One Inside And Google Maps Said That It Was Open But The Shutters Remained Closed. All Of The Other Shops Inside Of The Shopping Centre Were Open Because There Was Over 1 Hour Before The Mall Was Closing. We Checked A Few Times Before Closing and The Shutters Never Opened

I got my nose pierced here and 2 days later my nostril split and was bleeding. Don't EVER use a piercing gun for ANY piercing whatsoever. If you want a piercing please go to a PROFESSIONAL! PLEASE AND THANK YOU :)

Very disappointed that the ear piercing service was not what I expected.After spending approx 5 mins explaining the service. Once i chose my ear rings, they spent a lot of time trying to find the ear rings I selected. Approx £50. They didn't have it then offered me the £60+ pair. They blamed the fact that they never know what stock they get and they were out of stock.I cancelled my appointment and walked down a few shops to H Samuel which provided better service for much cheaper.Very disappointed.

It is a small but interesting shop in The Elmsleigh Centre, aimed predominantly at younger people. There are good value items and some more expensive. There is ear piercing here
