I cannot begin to imagine how some people are paid to provide a service and are just so incredibly rude! Between chatting to her friend and providing sarcastic comments when I asked if there was a paper bag I could place my card in, I'm surprised any company would be proud to employ someone capable of this level of customer service - beyond rude!

For the first time ever since I?ve been going in there for over 20 years i was let down because one of the number balloons for my daughter?s 13th birthday was not inflated enough and i didn?t realise until i got home as it was in a bag. New inexperienced maybe incompetent people now working in there. Will always go somewhere else from now on.

As a wheelchair user I go to the Card Factory in the Elmsleigh Centre when I need to buy my card's for birthdays and Christmas.The staff in there are very friendly and Debbie is wonderful and is always willing to take time out to help me select my card's especially those I am unable to reach.I can't praise them highly enough and it's a shame a few other shop's don't take a leaf out of there book.Fantastic
