I cannot begin to imagine how some people are paid to provide a service and are just so incredibly rude! Between chatting to her friend and providing sarcastic comments when I asked if there was a paper bag I could place my card in, I'm surprised any company would be proud to employ someone capable of this level of customer... read full comment

For the first time ever since I’ve been going in there for over 20 years i was let down because one of the number balloons for my daughter’s 13th birthday was not inflated enough and i didn’t realise until i got home as it was in a bag.
