I have been to this place 3 times , 3 times they treated me badly , service is not at all good and the staff are rude you can see it on their face , they need to change there attitude , i am not going to visit again.

Went this morning around 10:45AM, and was very disappointed with the service provided by a girl at the store. She looked very unprofessional compared to other Cafe Nero staffs that I?ve seen and also wasn?t very hospitable in providing service. Firstly, she very casually ignored me in between two other male customers, even though she had looked at me, but then she was very loud at responding to her colleague at work (which is very distracting for any customer in the morning).
I had a cappuccino (which was very frothy), which I didn?t enjoy either. I hope for the store?s service ambiance to improve in coming times (not while rude servers like these are present though).

This is a very busy cafe serving great coffee. It was understaffed on a Sunday afternoon. Service is good. Toilets could do with a good clean and there was no loo paper.

My mum ordered a tiramisu latte on uber eats but received a slice of tiramisu. Tried calling up multiple times but no answer.
Where I work, if something is out of stock, we get in contact with the customer. Literally no communication or help at all. Not sure how you can make such a big mistake.

Nice coffee shop in Staines High Street. The staff is friendly, there was no queue when I came, free seats outside. I like the Italian panettone and iced coffee:)
I was happy as I could use my Vitality voucher so coffee was free and tasted even better:)

Very nice atmosphere with calming music and the best sip of coffee ??
Parking: The parking lot is like 3-4 minutes walk , Caffè Nero is on the street , i mostly choose walking there easier

Lovely staff, very clean. Had a really nice berry mouse cake and a pistachio cafe latte. Wasn't too busy this time of day, I was served right away.
Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of space for a wheelchair here and double doors can be opened out on the way in.
