Hi ? went in on Saturday morning for 3 breakfasts 2 of which we had ordered 4 poached eggs. Coffees came but no sign of breakfast. After 25 minutes and other customers receiving their orders they had forgot about us!! Another 10 minutes and still nothing asked again. Their chef had a problem cooking poached eggs! They offered us complimentary coffees which came after my order had came and been eaten 10 minutes later. Bad service but the food was spot on. Don't think I will be coming back

This is our 2nd time eating here, and what a disappointment, the first time the kitchen forgot my order people were coming in after me and being served, this time the same it took 35 to 40 minutes to get our food. The kitchen is not organised, this is the last time eating here.

Nice looking place, but the boss at the time shouts at her staff and customers all the time when it wasn't busy. Unable to relax with a coffee as she was shouting, trying to be Gordon Ramsay when it was not needed.

Only had a cappuccino, but the staff were very friendly , and brought my drink to me when I went outside. It was only a simple transaction , but it was very homely and quick

Have ordered from here lots of times via Uber eats and the food is amazing! They recently added fiery chips to the menu and omg, do not underestimate how fiery they are! The taste of the chips are sooo good and addictive!
The paninis are amazing too, especially with the garlic sauce.
Today I ordered a hash smash benedict and it is one of the nicest breakfasts I've ever had!
Couldn't recommend this place enough!

Visited this place for breakfast. When I asked to swap the vegetarian sausage to a hash brown as I don't like those sausages I was told they can't do that but they can remove the sausage and if I wanted the hash brown it would be additional £1. I couldn't understand why they were being unreasonable as you don't get much for a vegetarian breakfast anyway. I knew from then the owner was greedy.
When my breakfast arrived I got 10 mushrooms (I counted it) and a pea size amount of cold beans. I was really disappointed in the breakfast and left feeling hungry and £30 down.
Really poor service and poor quality of food. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place for breakfast to anyone. Much better places on staines high street.

I came in Monday with my daughter who I visited before and we really enjoyed it
Firstly the lady who is at the till is not very efficient she had to read back what I ordered twice and then stlll forgot to add the mushrooms took ten min to get the order right !!!
I had a builders breakfast with extra mushrooms
My daughter has a normal breakfast
The food was cold eggs not nice and to top it of I had a hair in my food (chips ) ?????
I didn?t end up eating much of it
Toast was so cold and I was expecting butter not cheap spread
I told the lady who said I?ll get you more chips which never arrived ?
I just ended up walking out
Has this place had new owners ?
Very disappointed I like to support small business and not give bigger restaurants my money but I was left hungry disappointed and £30 lighter in my pocket
