Called in to donate a couple of bags of my used items on Monday 31st July. Very rude and impatient young woman tutted and huffed as I put them by the till area. I asked if it was ok to leave them there and she grunted "yes" and walked away. This is the second time that I have encountered this type of behaviour when dropping off items at the Staines branch! Perhaps some staff training in basic manners and how to say "thank you" might be helpful.

Nice little shop.

Wanted to buy a small glass piece, but the staff member dropped it on the floor while checking the price and it broke. They didn't even apologise or offer a discount for the next item.

Prices are twice the price of other charity shops. Gets more expensive evert time I go in, it's cheaper to buy new in TK Max!

Prices are too high. For example yesterday I saw basic Tshirt from Primark where original primark price is £2.5, charity shop price was £4. All prices are much higher than other charity shops.

A pleasant looking outlet until you want to try the clothes and head to the ?changing room? that was clearly marked but was being used as a storage area. I was told that it was no longer available and it was used as a stock room! Rather untidy area. So I did not buy the clothes I was going to try. ?

Staff are friendly, the shop is well stocked but can be difficult to get round at times especially with mobility problems. Reasonably priced and knowing that money raised is going to such a good cause makes it worthwhile.

Expensive and sell items more than they are worth for instance poundland £1 British Heart Foundation £2.50! But maybe you should pay more as the items get tested before you buy!
