Lovely staff working there, I like to come in often. However the store is on the smaller side so I don't find things I need as often.

Stay away.
My wife bought a wool coat, which was priced at £60(rip off) and was small( label L but actual size S).
Therefore, I wanted to get a refund in this shop. They said that they would never price a TU product as high as this one, and they don't have the cash.
Asked me to go to the original shop or contact customer service.
Under the law, they have to refund any customer as long as you show proof of receipt and label.
If not, they should say no refunds available in all stores!
I've never felt so humiliated. We have bought from BHF and donated with no questions for a long time. This might be the 4th time when we bring something back, and it was herendos/offensive
to see someone reacting like this.
What a charity, what a joke this shop it is!
Again, stay away!

I went yesterday to do some shopping in it when I saw the prices of the clothes I was very shocked there were other charity shops in the high street they have very reasonable prices but in British Heart Foundation it?s really very expensive I have seen yesterday a kids jumper of primark that was really in 6£ really that?s I found so much of price because in primark they are selling in 2.50 the other area British Heart Foundation was not this much expensive I can understand you guys want to raise the funds but if you put this much high prices of the reuse clothes that?s not good people will prefer the other charity shops that?s all I want to say thank you all over my experience is good only the prices were high ..

Called in to donate a couple of bags of my used items on Monday 31st July. Very rude and impatient young woman tutted and huffed as I put them by the till area. I asked if it was ok to leave them there and she grunted "yes" and walked away. This is the second time that I have encountered this type of behaviour when dropping off items at the Staines branch! Perhaps some staff training in basic manners and how to say "thank you" might be helpful.

Wanted to buy a small glass piece, but the staff member dropped it on the floor while checking the price and it broke. They didn't even apologise or offer a discount for the next item.

Prices are too high. For example yesterday I saw basic Tshirt from Primark where original primark price is £2.5, charity shop price was £4. All prices are much higher than other charity shops.

A pleasant looking outlet until you want to try the clothes and head to the ?changing room? that was clearly marked but was being used as a storage area. I was told that it was no longer available and it was used as a stock room! Rather untidy area. So I did not buy the clothes I was going to try. ?

Staff are friendly, the shop is well stocked but can be difficult to get round at times especially with mobility problems. Reasonably priced and knowing that money raised is going to such a good cause makes it worthwhile.

Expensive and sell items more than they are worth for instance poundland £1 British Heart Foundation £2.50! But maybe you should pay more as the items get tested before you buy!
