Worse bank ever. I went to get cash out and the machine was faulty and kept my card. My card is a metal card revolut cost £100 to replace it. Card is active until 2027 I used it this morning even transfered money with no issue and need it 200£ cash. They send a woman out and told me she can't givenmy card back only if its their card. I was like this is my card there is nothing wrong with it, it nearly swallowed the lady's card before me. Asked for the manager and was met with a rude woman who doesn't even know how-to speak to ppl. I said ill make a complaint to barclays and wasn't even given any complaint procedures..I will never use their services again 0 starsFor the record just spoke to revolut and they advice there is nothing wrong with my card but the ATM in barclays was faulty and i have proofs to show

ZERO customer service skills. Comeplete inability toInform you of current waiting times. Sat in branch for over 1 hour for a 5 minute process for the SECOND time and still not solved. Blonde lady on front of desk zero help.

You never actually end up talking to anyone, just get the usual run around. I have two bank accounts in the UK, both debit cards have expired and there is a refusal to issue me a new one. Even though there is a great deal of money in both

Visited bank 3 times over the last 3 weeks for IT & fraud issues. On all 3 occasions I was dealt with promptly by Karen & Mandi who were extremely professional & understanding. All of the staff at this branch were polite & helpful.

I have been with Barclays since the 1960s.If I was opening an account today it would not be with Barclays , I agree with all the one and two star reviews.

This Saturday, I was dissatisfied with the way they solved the problem, I argued with the bank staff.Then they threatened to close my account.....??No service here, your money stays. you go out please......

If, like me, you?ve had an account set up with Barclays for quite sometime ?Then it?s a huge upheaval to change banks.And they know that.If you?re looking to open an account ?Then I strongly advise you go elsewhere.Wait times are lengthy.There are very few staff, who don?t want to assist, they just want you to try and figure it out yourself on line.And you can wait absolutely ages trying to speak to somebody by phone.Take your money elsewhere.Where they will put some value on your custom.

Ive been struggling to get my accounts after a fraud investigation so when my card arrived in the post I went into the Staines branch and was aided by Clare. She was very helpful and patient and clearly explained what was happening and what the next steps would be. Even as she was on the phone with a collegue, Clare asked why something couldn?t happen and what could be done. We made more progress today then I managed to in a month.Thank you Clare :)

Telephone- I?m a night worker so decided to call the bank to ask a simple question. Fell asleep listening to the ?on hold? music. 5 hours 28 minutes I clocked up when I woke up.The elderly don?t use apps and tech like the younger generation.So sad that the good old ?speak to a real human? is being driven out!

personal banker supposed to resolve my issue and promised to call me back, did not resolve my issue and did not call back, now i have to go back again to a branch, unbelievably awful service.So, the lady called back later and promised that all will be sorted out once I receive my new debit card. Well, i have received it, but I still can't get into my online banking and when calling, they tell me to visit a branch!!!3 weeks into this issue, and my issue is still not resolved. I don't have access to my money and account, totally unbelievable and unacceptable!!! I will be writing an official complaint about this.
