What an absolutely amazing experience with Robin from the Staines branch! Absolutely legend! I really can't stress just how much I appreciate the time and the detail! It's great to speak to a real person! What an amazing stand up person!

I was having trouble registering for the Barclays app and had tried doing everything online but needed an activation code, I was in Staines and popped into the branch on Saturday morning and the staff were efficient and resolved my issues and had me logged in very quickly and reassured me that I was all setup before I left the branch, I?m very happy with the service from the staff at the Staines branch and good to know Barclays have very helpful friendly people working for them.

Went in today to open an account,was great by a smiling face,asked how I could be helped,told the woman I want to open an account ? sit down please sir,you will be seen soon? I?m not even sitting ,woman comes over ,this way please sir,was seen by a lovely woman pav,gave me good advice,polite,fast and efficient,sharp as a hat pin,brilliant service

Would say terrible service but can?t even call it that as no service was provided. Was trying all week to book an appointment via the app, link did not work so went into branch hoping to deal with the matter there.. lady at the front desk told me to try a different device for the appointment as they can?t deal with our enquiry there.. it was to open the simplest account for my daughter who was with me with all her ID documents ready. That device worked but earliest appointment was Tuesday during school and work hours which neither of us could do OR end of November?!!.. Barclays lost a customer as we went elsewhere and it was actioned in less than 20 minutes. I am also considering moving my accounts to another bank as Barclays have considerably gone down hill and no longer able to provide a service as they used to.

Had an appointment with Karen who dealt with a difficult financial authoritative issue in a compassionate, professional and kind manner.
Parmi was called in for advice and both really took the time to carefully listen and advise.
They are both an asset to the team. Wanted to leave a compliment on the app but was unable to do so.
Please thank them both from me.

I had to go to the bank and get some bank statements done but the machine was not working a very young man called Amaar who works there was very kind and he showed me how to do it on my Barclays app he was very polite and patient with me because I am not the greatest person when it comes to doing things on phones and computers your company should be very pleased to have him work for you and all l can say is thank you Amaar.

One of the most difficult banks to be seen at. If it cannot be helped online, you have to wait for ages. Once you've survived your wait and consequences at work, the advisors are very helpful.
