Excellent professional service , Price quoted was not only competitive but when there were minor delays with parts delivery and an additional complexity in the repair this was all addressed at the price agreed. There was a very high standard of communication and engagement, I would have no hesitation in recommending this garage.

"Outstanding service! Walton Bridge Garage not only resolved my BMW's 'Engine management light on' issue but also saved me over £2000. Despite two previous visits to BMW for maintenance, including a Diesel Air filter replacement, the problem persisted. On the third visit, BMW diagnosed multiple faults, such as issues with the EGR cooler, NOX sensor, and crankcase sensor, with a total repair cost exceeding £2000.Upon a friend's recommendation, I turned to Walton Bridge Garage. Following a thorough examination, their engineer suggested a simple Carbon Clean as the solution. The engineer was informative, explaining the entire process and conducting emissions tests before, during, and after completion. I could visibly see positive changes in the readings. It's been over two weeks since the service, and my BMW X5 is running flawlessly.I highly recommend Walton Bridge Garage for their professionalism, cost-effectiveness, and transparent service. I'm so glad I could review this garage.They bailed me out by squeezing me in for an MOT. They kept me informed and we're knowledgeable and generous with their time.I was so impressed that Ive changed garages and have already had the service done.They repaired something that my garage said couldn't be repaired without enormous cost and effort.Jo is terrific and lovely to deal with.I've an older car and I'd trust them to look after it.

My husband and I had been away (extended family circumstances) and were in need of an MOT --- ASAP - Luckily the very nice receptionist (Joanna) , managed to get us a booking. Mark, who took the car in , was friendly and helpful, also. We will use this garage in the future, as we found themprofessional and friendly. Thank You and Happy Thanksgiving (laff). I made an appointment for regassing my aircon but before doing so, I explained to the guy on the phone that there must be a major leak in the system since I have had it regassed 3 times in the past couple of years, each time it only lasts Jul-Sep if I am lucky, so I want the system checked for leaks before regassing. No point in regassing only for it to run out in a month or so. Common sense, right? There is already a known issue. So an appointment was made on this basis and I brought in my car.However to my surprise, all they did was regass it and charge me £85 for it. They conducted no checks explaining to me after the fact that they have to fill it then I have to come back in a few weeks time so they can see where it leaked. Well how about explaining that when I made the appointment? What is the point of filling it to the max only for it to leak straight out, it does not even last a couple of months. Why not at least half fill it or fill to just below 500grms of refrigerant? The whole point of going to them was for the leak to be identified and fixed before regassing. The procedure for adding dye and seeing where it leaks after a few weeks is only for minor leaks and mine was major, at least it was in my opinion due to the short time the aircon is effective, couple of months if I am lucky. Why waste £85? Because they don't care, that's why which was apparent when I queried this on the day with a thoroughly unfriendly woman, the could not care less attitude shining through. Explanation from this woman was that the Megane takes more than 500grms and they filled it to the max, the point of the existing leak totally lost on her. It is as if I did not explain there was an existing issue. Additionally, at the time of this event, the website stated that the cost of regassing over 500g was £80, I asked why was I overcharged by £5, the customer friendly answer was.....they don't look after the website so they don't know why it says £80 but they will charge me £85 regardless.Service: Air conditioning
