As a DHL depot - the people are TERRIBLE - DHL says the parcel is there, they haven't a clue and are very rude.....

My mum took a parcel on here to drop off on my behalf as I’ve broken my leg and she was shouted at very rudely by the man working. She had never been in this shop before so didn’t know where to put parcels. The man told her to put in the corner of the shop so she tried to go and place it there and he ran over shouting... read full comment
