Hit and miss. Never get a consistent pizza from this branch. The bacon always seems undercooked on the Texas BBQ. Not taking cash also knocks it down another star.

I used to buy pizza from here occasionally and it was good, but the last visit this week was disappointing, The pizza was awful in taste and I will try avoiding this branch.

Ordered food which came all wrong, asked for no mushrooms or onions on the pizza and it was covered in them and wrong desert sent also. Rang to speak to them about it but they never answer the phone. Terrible service.

Amazing clean place to get quick food. We have been taking ? for years almost every week. Delicious ?. Friendly staff the manager, go a step a head to help out. He even knows our name. Always remember what we usually order mighty meaty ? no onion no mushrooms ?

I can most certainly describe their customer service as horrifying after I?ve called to get an update for an collection order and ended up being threatened by the man on the phone that he will beat me up if I show up for collection. He didn?t abstain from using foul language either. Once I returned multiple calls to get a hold of the manager they refused to name the aggressive person and then kept hanging up the phone on me. I do have the conversation recorded and happy to forward to complaint team.

Absolutely appalled by this shop and how they have treated me. 1 worker who has answered my phone and not helped by answering my question of wether or not my order was ready for collection has instead decided to take the piss out of me stating he has 5 orders under the name of Paul all at the same time and same day so can?t help establish which one is mine and has decided threaten me telling me that when I pop down to collect my order he will see me in person and sort me out after swearing at me and hanging up the call when asked for his name to complain. Second worker answered and said the first worker miraculously finished his shift within 5 seconds of me calling back straight after being hung up on and that he is not there and that there is no manager to help me and then also himself decided to not provide me with their names for a complaint to head office and began to swear at me and hang up the phone. Absolute disgusting behaviour by all staff at this establishment, no manners and absolutely no shame. Should be shut down for such an appalling service
