Who said customer service is dead - terrible service from two ladies who it would seem would rather be anywhere but here. Coffee terrible too but that's almost to be expected with Costa.

Coffee was good and the staff were all very nice. The cafe itself was a bit worn looking, and the tables and floor could have done qith a clean but ok apart from that.
