Honestly, I could have easily left a four or five star review.But, regrettably, to post an honest review, one must consider the experience as a whole (i.e. *including* delivery experience).And, in that respect, this review is an example of how a poor sub-contractor can tarnish the experience.RDO subcontract their deliveries to Panther, here's what happened:Panther turns up with delivery and says they can't collect because their "van would be blocked".Not my problem mate. For a logistics company that claims to be the "UK's leading 2 person white glove delivery serivice", you should know what you are delivering and what you are supposed to be disposing and you should plan your deliveries accordingly so that your van is not blocked !Panther promised a different van would turn up later in the day. This promise was a lie, no van ever turned up the same day, instead something was scheduled the next day. Predictably Panther never turned up the next day either.Please RDO. For the sake of your own reputation, get rid of Panther logistics.
