Terrible Sunday roast . Rubbish and a non child friendly atmosphere on this occasion (Other guests swearing)
Service wasn't up to standard. Boxing day pancakes were a joke not like the advert! Kids pizza meal was a like a £1 basic pizza from Tesco. Beef was nothing but fat! No offer of a free ice cream or token off the bill. Not like the old days. Won't be returning , no satisfaction query from any staff thereafter.

Stayed here on the 14th of March. Awoken by fire alarms going off at 11. Turned off after a minute or so. Had been woken up as had early morning flight so was rather dazed and confused. Assumed the building wasn't on fire and went back to sleep. Other than that, comfy beds, clean room. OK for a night or two.

Great hotel, conveniently located near Gatwick Airport, I arrived early and was given an early check-in. I had a nice welcome from Uldis, who works on reception, he was super friendly and very helpful.
Rooms: Basic but clean
Nearby activities: The Priory Cafe
Safety: Felt very safe
Walkability: Local restaurants and shops close by
Food and drinks: Restaurant linked to the hotel with nice beer garden

Appalling litter all over the car park and bins overflowing, but everything fine inside

Very comfortable night and great staff and close to the hospital where a relative was in for the night. The only criticism is that we had a large lorry unloading outside the window very early in the morning and it was a bit noisy, but overall a very nice place to stay.

Spot on for needs. Late arrival, easy and friendly check-in. I liked the communal bar area although I was too tired to enjoy it.

Arrived late in the evening we had booked a Twin room it was my son and myself both over 6ft. Were given a family room with a double and small single , tge hotel was unable to change this , I think if yiu book in advance for a certian type of room thats what shoukd be provided.

Great location free park. Not like the alot of the other hotel I area that charge around £10 for parking which. When you look at location for future visit close to around hour of 3 theme park chessington world adventure, thorpe park and legoland windsor.

Great place to stay in Redhill. The convenience of a Beefeater Restaurant too.

Great hotel for an overnight stay. Welcoming reception staff. Room clean, tidy and comfortable. Great shower: warm and good water pressure. Beefeater next door had tasty dinner and breakfast. On bus route to Gatwick airport so handy for connecting to flight. Many thanks ??

Definitely NOT worth the price they?re charging. Horrific smell throughout the hallway. It doesn?t seem like they clean properly. Bathrooms are not up to standards to the point I had to avoid showering because it was dirty and rusty. The room was very cold. Staff just walk into rooms without warning you. One of my worst overnight experiences at Premier Inn. The only part I enjoyed was the area.
