Waited over 4 months for a repair under warranty for a dewalt impact driver and they won't even return it, I have to drive 1 and 1/2 hours to pick it up. Absolutely terrible service! Never use them again

Phoned to confirm that the item I wanted is the price advertised as sometimes one can think it?s too good to be true but it was the price, the best price I?ve seen on Google, and it was definitely true and good. I?ve ordered on Friday evening and received it safely today. Excellent service, very helpful customer service. If I need anything else that they?re selling too, I will not hesitate to contact them.Thanks again for your help and fast delivery.

Fantastic service and friendly staff! Got us out of a scrap within an hour!Working away from home, managed to cut through a lead, found these guys on google, called to ask about repair?. Told me it could be done before the end of the day which was great news! Popped in, left the tool, got a phone call before I got back to site to say it was ready!If that isn?t fantastic service and dedication to the trade, I don?t know what is!Browsed round the shop and found loads of bits you wouldn?t normally find in a tool shop? actually a shame I don?t live closer as I?d be in there all the time!Highly recommend!
