I phoned Willows in the morning to ask for a colorful bouquet to be delivered on the same day to my grandaugher who had the birthday blues.the flowers were absolutely gorgeous and delivered early afternoon.. stunning colors and perfectly put together... Thankyou !

Claire did the breathtaking arrangement for our Mothers funeral on Monday. It was awesome! The beautiful blooms were so Plump and just perfect Thank you. Mummy has been sent flowers from Willows for her 90th birthday and also her 91st. So beautiful but these were just exceptional .Thank you x

Massive thank you to the very kind ladies in Willows Flowers. They were so helpful after the disaster I had with another florist for my nans funeral tomorrow.
I went in there at 12 and they were able to fit me in and makes a beautiful pillow for me in just a few hours and they were very reasonably priced. I will be using them from now on for any bouquets and flower needs! Absolute 5* service, thank you Willows Flowers ?? xx

Telephoned Willows in Reigate circa 10.15 Saturday, gave a brief description of my requirements, collected 11am.Flowers exactly as requested, most perfectly lovey bouquet, my wife is ecstatic!Very good value considering the fresh quality.Whenever you require flowers in Reigate the shop is located at the Dorking end of High Street by the traffic lights.Russell Bracegirdle

Warning for those who have their flowers organized by Nutfield Priory and Willows!
My flowers did not arrive at all on my wedding day!
I expected a set of flowers for my top table and 4 centre pieces which were all part of the Nutfield wedding package. Willows was their supplier.
I'm so glad I didn't order the bridal bouquet from Willows even though they tried very hard selling this to me. I can't imagine having walked down the aisle without my bouqet.
The Fielden Suite at Nutfield is a very average looking room which needs flowers to improve the look of the room. Without the flowers or centre pieces on the tables the whole room looks more like a conference room and doesn't resemble a wedding setting at all.
I had to hold my tears back during my wedding breakfast when I looked at the room with tables that only had plates and cutleries. My supposedly happiest day of my life was ruined.
What makes it worse was the responses.
Willows didn?t even contacted me until the next Monday I emailed Shirley, who was the contact point, asking where my flowers were , then she finally gave me a response.
Further adding to the insult, Nutfield didn't take responsibility for the mistake. I relied on them to provide the prefect venue, I paid for a venue and a team that is experienced with weddings. So I can't believe that the team who set up the tables for a wedding didn't notice that centre pieces were missing. Or that no one would check that things are set up properly before the wedding couple arrives. It's just unbelievable.
And when I spoke to Willows they told me that they thought they were supposed to deliver the flowers on that Sunday (the day after our wedding) even though they wrote down the right date! Frustratingly, they also blamed Nutfield for not checking the tables and that if they did check and called them, Willows would have easily delivered the flowers in time. So I've got the venue telling me it's not their fault or responsibility to check that the tables were all set and that it's the flower provider's fault and the flower provider telling me it's the venue's fault for not checking.
To all the brides out there, imagine your wedding day without your flowers. Imagine looking at a an average looking room and hear from your parents and friends that they expected you to have decorated the venue better, imagine hearing from guests during the wedding day that they think you couldn't afford flowers.
And in the end we got little help from both parties who only blamed the other,
I truly do not wish this to happen to any other bride. This is our special day and it shouldn't be ruined by other parties who are incompetent to do the things right they were paid and supposed to do.

I recently ordered some flowers for my Mum?s 60th. I let the Willows team have full freedom over the arrangement (colours and flowers) and wasn?t disappointed. A beautiful selection of flowers from peonies and thistles to hydrangea in amazing pinks, blues and purples. Mum was overjoyed as was I! Fully recommend.

A fabulous florist, who's website was easy to navigate, with plenty of photos to show their displays and give ideas. I ordered flowers for my Father's funeral by phone and Willows were friendly and professional, guiding me to achieve what I was looking for. The displays were stunning just as I hoped they would be. I recommend Willows.

Willows provided the flowers for my wedding, which were beautiful.I had a picture of a bouquet that I had seen, as the only guidance, the arrangements were better than I could have imaged, the colours and textures were perfect!!

Whilst the staff are friendly and efficient I thought I was spending my money on a bouquet of flowers. I was greatly saddened that £50 only paid for 6 roses at £3.50 each, 3 lilies, 3 small bunches of daisies and very small spiky purple flower and the rest of the bouquet (at least half of the bouquet) was just leaves and not very special ones at that. I have since been warned that Willows are for the people who have more money than sense and I couldn't agree more. I felt ripped off. And to add insult to injury, there was an additional £5 delivery fee. Avoid unless you enjoy throwing your money away.
