Utterly INCOMPETENT is everyone that works here. A bunch of old dears no wonder they have a 10 day service level for anything. Did you ever hear of anything so DUMBBBBB?? They were faster responding to stuff in the days of sending correspondence by pigeon!! DO NOT KEEP YOUR PENSIONS WITH THEM!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!

I have rarely encountered an organization as lame and unempowered as WTW. Chevron contracted Retiree Benefits to Fidelity, and Fidelity contracted with WTW.
