Unfortunately this is a truly dreadful store that is being allowed to fall into disrepair.
The store is dark, shabby and in dire need of basic repairs at worst, or a complete refit at best.
The store is routinely closed during key opening hours, particularly over lunch.
The staff are disinterested and few in number (and frankly who can blame them when their working conditions are so awful).
It would be preferable if the store were closed permanently to allow a new and more professional retailer to open.

Store opening times are not as reflected. Opens at 9:30am and Closes at 4pm

Well stocked but pretty shabby; the door is taped together.. Staff are nice though but not often at the checkout - i suppose they hope you arent paying by cash and you use the self checkout?

I feel like I?m stuck in some sort of farce with this shop. I?ve been several times only to find it closed during the advertised opening hours. Sometimes with no explanation, and sometimes with a notice saying it?s closed for lunch between 1-2, despite it being 2:05 when I turned up. Please can you at least amend the opening hours so they?re reflective of the actual operating hours?

Appalling customer service - lady who works there moaning that she only gets paid from 10am when the shop opens, so don't expect the Till to be open, Newspapers unpacked, or any type of customer service until well after 10am.

Always closed when it should be open!Its 9.10 now and it should have been open ten mins ago. This is a regular occurrence. Was closed for 2 days straight las week when it was due to be open.

Selfish workers. Online the shop says it closes at 4pm, I go inside at 13:55 and as I?m browsing around she says she won?t serve anymore customers as the shop closes at 2pm i told her I?d only be a second and she says she won?t serve me as the shop has closed and asks me to leave. I understand your shift finishes at 2pm but have some human decency, very selfish behaviour it would?ve only been maximum 5min of your time to serve an extra customer.
