Visited Whistles to buy gift vouchers for an upcoming important family birthday. Such a lovely store with very helpful, friendly staff whenever I have visited at other times too. I do love Reigate town for shopping anyway as it retains a traditional shopping experience. and it?s now local for me. I relocated here a few years ago and had never heard of Reigate before!

Really good experience. Asked them to put some shoes aside for me as I couldn?t make it in to the store. Even though the sale ended that day they kindly honoured it for me a day later and went out of their way to assist. Best experience I?ve had in a shop for a while!

Wonderful shopping experience I always have the best time in this store staff is super helpful always friendly and kind. I walked in when I was pregnant and still found the perfect dress that I can wear also after pregnancy. All Ladys are lovely they put so much love and effort for every customer. Will definitely come back to buy some more beautiful clothes. Will recommend this store to all my friends.

Awful atmosphere with terrible customer service. Staff need lessons in how to treat people in a kind and sincere way. One staff member laughed at me when I said bye as I left the store. No reason, I'd done nothing wrong. I said bye and she laughed. Weird vibes and made me feel unhappy the rest of the day. Nice way to treat people Whistles, great job.
