Only eat here when there's no queue and then really enjoy the food and watching the Reigate yummy mummies struggling outside when the queue starts growing.

Wagas food is standard, but when we walk in with children and there?s one booth available but we get refused to sit there because it?s reserved for staff eating area that is appalling. They?re happy for 2 toddlers to sit on the high stools, but the kids (who represent most of the floor staff) get a priority booth?? Awful.

I came in as a student today to claim the free yaki soba deal. Even though it was free, the food was still amazing as usual and not to mention how lovely the front of house staff were! Imi, Jess and Emma took great care of me and my friends, will

We usually like wagamam's in Reigate but our recent experience was below its usual. It was soooo cold. We asked for the air con to be turned off and they did, for about half an hour. Other customers were putting jumpers or coats on it was so cold. It made the food go cold rather quickly.
Food was good as usual, but after our mains, my friends plate was taken whilst i was still eating (which i hate!), it was about another 30 mins with my empty plate on the table before we saw anyone for desert menu, and that was because she happened to walk past from out the back. The staff were so far away and chatting that we couldn't get anyone's attention. Eventually ordered desert which was also nice. I had the banana in panko crumbs which was £7 and I got around half a banana and the smallest single scoop of ice cream I have ever seen. It was lovely but massively overpriced for the amount I got!
Not up to it's usually good standard of service or experience sadly, but food was as good as usual.

Great food, tastes amazing and fresh, but extremely pricy. And the payment is done by scanning a barcode and paying from your phone, so there isn?t much human interaction, and we asked for some sauce and cutlery and never got them, I had to get up and grab some forks myself. There was also no soap in the men?s toilet, and I asked for hand sanitizer and got a very rude reply being told to just wash my hands in the toilet, and they walked away before I could say there was no soap in any of the men?s cubicle, and yet I still got a judgy look for not tipping after all this.. lol. Otherwise, good service, and I love how there?s bottomless green tea, I would recommend.

Staff were so polite, greeting us and checking in on us frequently. The restaurant was very clean and well designed. We sat in a booth for four, but only two of us, so plenty of space.
Food as always, was delicious! As someone with a nut allergy, they catered for my needs easily.
My only slight moan, is that the pina colada style cocktail was rather small for the price, but maybe that's just me being greedy. And not a Reigate problem, a Wagamama problem as it was the same size as in the Crawley restaurant.
When we left, every member of staff said goodbye as we passed, making us feel like royalty ?
Dietary restrictions: I have a nut allergy and they made everything specially for me to order.
