Lovely friendly staff and a really nice menu. Maybe a tad expensive for something that comes on a little cardboard tray with no sides, when eating in, but tasty none the less.

I had a very lovely panini here, excellent service as well. There isn?t a customer toilet though, would highly recommend though. They also offer take away service.

Urban Kitchen is the best place to have your morning breakfast and lunch around the Reigate area .All the staff working there are incredibly friendly. Hannah?s customer service can only be describe as super excellence. She is highly experience in dealing with customer queries or issues. Since I was recommended crispy chicken wraps by her, as one of the their best menu, I have never been disappointed. I have to commend Anah ( the manager) for making the restaurant environment absolutely neat and the atmosphere absolutely super friendly.

Ordered 2 milkshakes, one strawberry, one mini eggs. Very disappointed! Loads of ice and skimmed milk were used in it, making it taste weak and watery. The strawberry one was favoured with Crusha, and the mini egg one didn?t use Cadbury mini eggs, which is what I was expecting.

Today I purchased a bagel ? it was quite nice. However, it came in three bags ? a white one, one that was half plastic [so I could see the white one inside?] and a big, sturdy brown paper one. I also received eight napkins. One bagel, three bags, eight napkins ? what a waste of material. I know how this business could save money!

Just popped in for my first UK Wrapp and coffee having been told great things by colleagues.The Ven (spicy Chicken Wrap) and a Cappuccino. The most delicious wrap I have had in a long time, Generous fillings, Toasted perfectly, Wrapped and presented well. Great tasting well made coffee and all served by very polite staff.Needless to say.... ill be back.

Slow when busy but SO WORTH THE WAIT. The bagels and the wraps especially are DELICIOUS. I have one a week and look forward to it every week. They are so good. My fave is the crispy chicken wrap or the Miley bagel!

Terrible management , only cares about the profit. This place used to be a pleasure to go and have my lunch in with the best bagel maker in Surrey but since she has gone i will not be returning
