I wanted my nan's engagement ring made into a bespoke piece of jewellery. I popped into the shop at Reigate, and started talking to Sam about what i was looking for. He was patient, and listened to really understand what i wanted, and he got why it was important to get it right. He always responded promptly to allow me to make decisions about what i wanted.I have collected my new necklace, and am absolutely thrilled with it. What was lovely was that Sam was as excited and invested in this as i was. He was very kind.I would absolutely recommend T H Baker, their service and the end result has been brilliant. Thank you!

Very disappointed with the service,Watch battery replacement and new seal, I was stated 4-6weeks and ended up being 7 weeks, due to them loosing track of the location of my watch.The staff did not even apologise when I returned to collect the watch.

I bought my first proper swiss watch from here not too long ago (Tissot PRX Green Quartz), and I was absolutely blown away by the service. This watch was a big deal for me and Sam from T H Baker in Reigate made it worth every penny. Would recommend this place to anybody!

Bought my Tag Heuer watch from T.H.Baker in Horsham more than twenty years ago and they have looked after it ever since. However, my health has deteriorated over the last couple of years and it has become very difficult for me to access their shop in the pedestrianised area of town. On looking at Google maps I discovered that I could park right outside the Reigate branch. My watch needed a battery, and the staff couldn't have been more helpful and efficient. They did it while I waited, it took no more than ten minutes and it was a very pleasant experience. Really nice staff, and I can't recommend them highly enough.

Great service received from the Reigate branch. My husband had his Tag watch serviced and they did such a great job and provided a professional service we decided to put our wedding rings, engagement ring and eternity ring in to be cleaned too. Again very professional. Alison provided a great service and is very knowledgable. The rings came back immaculate! Have put another ring in for repair too. Definitely recommend.

They have lost my engagement ring twice, because the staff were unable to find it. The stones have come loose and the repair they did to the claw was awful. I won?t be buying anymore jewellery from them.

Kia helped my partner and I go over a multitude of designs and styles before we settled on the ring, her customer service was exceptional. The item had a lead time on it which dragged over a little, however Kia and Liz worked hard to ensure the item was ready before the necessary date. I would highly recommend T H Baker again and certainly felt Kia went above and beyond for us.

I would definitely recommend the T H Baker Reigate branch. I have visited them on several occasions and would not go anywhere else. They are currently fixing my watch and Liz in particular was extremely helpful! All of the staff are lovely and efficient.

Such a lovely friendly jewellers. My engagement ring was purchased here and we returned to buy my wedding ring from here too. They are so helpful and Liz has been amazing today helping us in what was quite an unusual request! Cannot fault their customer service and knowledge of jewellery. I personally wouldn't go anywhere else now.

My partner and I always use T H Baker. It is our local jewellers - there are tons of jewellers in reigate and I would never use any of them apart from this one as the service is second to none.You are always great by a friendly smile and they are extremely knowledgeable.My last visit was to get a new battery in my watch. I was advised that it would probably take 2 weeks as it had to be pressure tested in another branch. I was delighted to get a call after eight days to say it was back and ready to collect.Great service as always.Thank You.
