Without a doubt the best opticians in Reigate or the surrounding area. The staff are always professional and helpful. This is the only place I will ever go for any eye test.

I called into Specsavers at Reigate on the 4th June for a hearing test and was seen by Samantha Holder. I wanted to get my hearing checked because of my tinnitus, which had become more intrusive of late. Thankfully, my hearing was perfectly normal, so that potential cause was eliminated. The main reason for this review is to praise the service received from Samantha. With my permission, she invited my husband to join the consultation and took time to listen to my concerns. We discussed the factors that can play a part in tinnitus and the various steps that can be taken to ease the symptoms. She checked that I had contacted my GP and discussed interim options to help by using noise masking; she even rang a manufacturer to seek advice on what was available. What was really impressive was the absence of any push to buy any unnecessarily expensive products, when straight- forward alternatives were readily available. We both felt that the service provided by Samantha was exemplary. I found her incredibly reassuring and a credit to Specsavers. The whole experience certainly exceeded my expectations.

My wife and I were booked in for eye tests/new glasses. We arrived early and were greeted by a young, very cheerful, and friendly group of people who were very attentive and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. As we were early, they adapted the schedule to make sure that things ran very smoothly. The optician was exceptional, explaining every step of his procedure to a level I could understand clearly.
We both needed new glasses, and the team gave a comprehensive overview of our available options, with no pressure, but honest, helpful observations, which was much appreciated.
I would like to highly recommend this branch of specsavers.

The staff are always so helpful and friendly. I've always found them to be practical and common sense as well. I had to take 3 small children for eye tests and the team were just so helpful. Lenses and glasses arrive on time and tests are always efficient. Wish more places were like this. Thanks guys.
