I was have today bad situation.. i was fill up tank in my car, then i was figure out i don't have my wallet...because of that i can't pay !! I cannot fill up declaration also because i don't have with me any ID ( everything is in wallet ) so One of member of staff lete transfer him money on his private account and he pay for fuel !!! Absolutely great staff !!! They safe my day !!! All the best guys - thank you for great service ?

As I'm in a wheelchair and still driving the staff of the Shell station fill my vehicle up for me. All I have to do is use the app tell them which pump I'm at when I arrive.
