I have received no post in RH2 0DX since Thursday 7th August. So much for only delivering 2nd class post 3 days a week. This would be nice if it was 1st class post, Royal Mail is in breach of its contract. What can be done about it?

Staff always very nice and our postie is great, but the opening hours are ridiculous and we seem to go days with no delivery and then get several days at once. My parcel scheduled for today hasn’t turned up so I imagine it will arrive sometime next week. It’s a tragedy to see a great institution being destroyed.

Open 2 hours a day from 0800-1000. That’s it. That’s your only window to collect an parcel. They don’t even tell you this on the missed delivery card. I feel sorry for the public-facing workers, because this is the kind of decision making that only a disconnected manager could make.
