I ordered an AEG cooker hood online. I got a call from Laura - friendly & professional. As I didn't need the hood for a few weeks she was happy to hold into it - no problem whatsoever. I spoke to Laura & another member of staff. Both were great. Hood delivered today - was able to track delivery so knew exactly when it was going to be delivered. I'm impressed by the price and the excellent customer service.

Brilliant experience with RDO. Spotted company online and placed order for wine cooler late Bank Holiday Monday. Received a call the next morning to confirm order and delivery on Wednesday. Goods received by 10.00 am the next morning. Unfortunately the wine cooler did not work so I called their customer support line. After working through some potential fixes together a new cooler was ordered. New cooler received and other returned by 8.00 am the next morning. The true sign of great customer service is based on how a company reacts when things don?t go according to plan. In this case, they really shone. I?m so pleased I spotted RDO when looking to order and I will certainly use them again in the future. Thank you!

Couldn't recommend RDO more! The guys have all be so helpful - from sales, to delivery and customer support. Was always able to get though to someone easily and when we needed to push back our delivery slightly it wasn't a problem. They were also super helpful when I needed to order a replacement item as I'd ordered the wrong product first time round.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Laura was fantastic on the phone polite manners and tried to ensure everything went smoothly which it did! Tenants are happy with Luke and his assistant's service and there were no issues. Seamless installation and incredibly personable and professional. Customer service with RDO was outstanding. I had an issue with an American Fridge Freezer. Customer service addressed the problem and followed it through until it was solved and I was happy. Special thanks to Laura and Rachel. Highly recommend this company, buy with confidence. I am extremely pleased with the fridge freezer and will be definitely using RDO again.

Very prompt communication, got a specific day of delivery upon ordering a fridge online. I had a question to clarify the services offered and got answered by the sales team very quickly. The delivery team were extremely helpful and did the installation as described. We were kept up to date with the time of arrival via a tracking link. All in all 5 star service and we will certainly use this company again if needed.

Great service. I've bought online and the delivery tracking was great, via SMS and online. The delivery guys were also great. Managing the small space to move a big fridge really well.
