Don't bother ordering online....pizza comes uncut, cold and a hour half delivery time from 10 mins down the road on a Tuesday night.

As always, our experience was top notch. The team at the Reigate Pizzeria is absolutely superb. They remember us and are so attentive and welcoming. They come to the table just the right amount of times to see how things are doing and interact with us and our young children so well. Whenever we get the chance to, we go there for a meal and always know we will have a great experience. Thank you all and we are already looking forward to returning.

Lovely branch of pizza express. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Nice atmosphere inside and nice location. Use the app to check for offers and discounts available. Like with all pizzas express restaurants in the UK, the food quality has gone steadily down hill with cost cutting and prices have risen considerably.
Kid-friendliness: Kids menu and crayons.

The food was great, on the other hand the service was rather horrible, i was served by an older blonde lady who was very blunt and rather rude with how hasty we were being when it came to ordering. When i was downstairs in the toilet, i also overheard a man arguing with w delivery driver who i had just met and was rather nice, horrible experience, i do not think i will be dining here again.
Do better.

Sadly last night marks the end of a bi-monthly dinner with friends at pizza express in reigate as the last few times we have been, it's been a disaster-class in poor service, and bad food with a number of items removed from the menu. Last night our dough balls took an hour to arrive (with no plates), my pizza only had 2 tiny slithers of goats cheese and was undercooked, my friend had no dressing for her salad and the breadsticks were burnt. We had to ask for cutlery, we sat with our starter plates and empty cans for the duration. It was busy to start with and I bet the takeaways were out the kitchen on time. The staff were friendly, but there was no apology for any of the issues we had which is such a basic part of customer service. Reigate has so many other options that we won't be going back.

Haven't been in this Pizza express for many years but my experience there tonight was wonderful, the staff both on the floor and doing the cooking were so friendly and helpful especially Sheri Ann , she is a credit to the business, look after her and all the staff because it's not easy getting great employees like you have in Reigate, well done

Had a fantastic experience at Pizza Express in Reigate tonight! Our waiter, Sherralee, was absolutely amazing?super friendly, warm, and made me feel right at home. Her customer service was outstanding, and she went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Just wanted to give a big shout-out and a huge thank you for her time and kindness.
