Used to be a 5 star hotel in Reigate with outstanding views and great service. NOT ANY MORE /Thought it was a run down hostel when I walked in. Do not stay here and do not eat anything if you value your health. 1 star hygiene rating by Local Authority- complete dump

Silvia was so accommodating to our needs and even after my request via telephone call in the morning, she followed up to check how far we were from the property. Very warm welcoming, clean rooms and a very comfy bed. Thank you so much

Service could be improved through communication especially for patrons staying longer. Pamphlets of information or info from the front desk.Find out whether patrons would like breakfast or not. Then make a plan.

Booked for 2 nights on a business trip cost of £90 per night arriving on a Tuesday Paid in full on arrival - big mistake. Asked when the restaurant / bar was open was told it wasn't, asked where / when breakfast was, told there was no breakfast couldn't even get a coffee The single room really was a single, small single bed very small room all very tatty. Had to run the hot water tap for 5 mins before being able to have a shower - if I had pulled on the shower fitting it would have collapsed. Awful nights sleep, no fitted sheets ended up sleeping on mainly the mattress. Went out and returned the following night. The room had not been cleaned, bed not made, no clean towels Very few cars in the car park and didn't see any other residents so rooms must have been available Was told rooms only got cleaned every other day so I requested a different cleaned room. The receptionist called someone then informed me it was not possible. I asked to speak with the manager, the receptionist then spoke at length with someone then I was informed I couldn't speak with the manager as it wasn't his shift Shocking hotel, waste of money avoid this place

I stayed here on a work trip. Single room.The first room i got was directly above a very loud party that wasn't going to slow down until at least 01:00.The second room i got was quieter. However when i got up for a shower, there's nothing on the taps to distinguish hot or cold. So i turned one on.... cold.... brushed my teeth.... turned on the other tap for a shave.... oh that's actually colder!The shower was totally useless unless its 30° outside and you want a cold shower!The bed was so soft, not good if you have a bad back.

Tried to charge me for the room after it had already been paid for, middle of a heatwave and what seemed like a 30 tog duvet, no hot water in the shower, air con very poor, when i complained about no hot what the bloke just said yeah!Not impressed and will not stay again

Booked last minute. What a hidden gem! Lovely rooms and comfy beds with modern furnishings. Staff also attentive. Amazing for the price.

Having read all the negative reviews on this place, we were unsure whether to go ahead with our last minute booking or not but so glad we did. The room was spotless and had working a/c plus windows you could open, the bathroom was modern and bright with nice bathroom fittings, and extremely clean, the restaurant was bright and welcoming and the staff couldn't do enough for you. Overall it was a pleasant experience and certainly not reflective of all the negativity regarding this establishment. The price was so cheap too for what we got, definitely coming back.

According with the bad reviews, I booked a double room yesterday and I was so good surprised to see how lovely my evening was. Everything (room, Wi-Fi, tv, bathroom, restaurant and the staff) was excellent . Very good location, very good view Thank you so much Well done

Please save your money everyone. This place is an absolute disgrace of an establishment. But you can?t complain as nobody is available at the desk or via a phone call. The room was left as sleeping in the car was a nicer option. Avoid at all cost

Good hotel for what we needed rooms were really big and had a balcony which was good. Air con didn't really do much on hot nights but staff sound. Shower not brill but parking really good. Good stay all in all thank you

Absolutely shocking, no that?s signal, no Wi-Fi, no bar, no restaurant, all being advertised, not the case , you can also see in the second photo the fire escape being padlocked shut , to be honest I f you can find somewhere else to stay then I suggest that?s what you do

Very disappointing place to stay. Loud music till 1:00am, TV didn't work. Almost no parking available. All this for £100 a night. I recommend going somewhere else.

Shocking, possibly my worst ever experience, Bridge House Hotel is charging top rate for facilities they are unable to provide? No Restaurant , no Wi-Fi , no TV signal , shower is lousy, warm water at a trickle, complained 3 nights in a row, 3 different managers, nothing? If you are thinking of staying, do yourself a huge favour, STOP? Book somewhere else, this place is appalling in both service and standards. Breaching trading standards, nothing less than theft, massive con.
