What a customer service from a lady called ROSELLA.
Amazing service with smiles. Only popped in to withdraw money because the machine was undergoing repairs. Rosella treated me like a millionaire spoke to me about football and how she will watch England Vrs Spain ??. She knew exactly ? what she was doing and the services was quick and reliable, more like Nationwide.
I suspect she might be a manager as she was so relaxed in offering her duties.

Never open. Tried to go on Saturday, closed. Tried to go on Wednesday, closed. If you work a full time job when are you expected to go to this bank? Have a word.
