Under new management since most of these reviews were posted and I?ve only had great experiences here. On several occasions the manager Kay and her colleague Gita have gone out of their way to help me with some tricky private prescriptions and are a pleasure to deal with- they?re also consistently the cheapest in the area which is a bonus!!

Would give zero stars if possible. I've observed mountains erode faster than the staff who are employed here do their job. In fact I've got better in the time it's taken them to fill my prescription and give me my medication. Not to mention some of the staff are surly and unhelpful.

Went in today to grab some antibiotics and had the best experience. The pharmacist today (wearing the Christmas jumper) was so lovely. We both laughed the whole way through the consultation which really made my day. The whole process was pretty quick too, no more than 20 minutes in total. I hope you all enjoy you maltesers!

Used to be ok, now utterly AWFUL. There is clearly a management / staff issue occurring within the pharmacy as the current staff act as if they don't want their jobs. Morrisons please consider granting them their wish. The staff here literally couldn't care less about customers. They will ignore a repeat prescription sent 3 weeks in advance, to tell you when visit to collect it that they can't get the medication, when it has now become an urgent issue, because apparently lifting one of their lazy fingers to either inform you in advance or manage the situation with the sending-GP is too much for them. They actively avoid giving any feedback mechanism where you might report their abysmal customer service, despite having suggested this to them on repeated visits. Morrisons Management, please get a grip.

I visited this morning for advice regarding a troublesome toenail. The pharmacist, Kay, (or Kate) who is new today, examined my toenails thoroughly and was extremely helpful.

So slow and always something wrong/missed. Too busy talking about what they are watching on tv or wanting to go out for a smoke. 1 star is pushing it. Over 30mins just to pick up a prescription that is already ready

The prescription is never ready to collect and it takes ages to get it sorted. The staff seems to focus on anything else but not on the people who are waiting. It would take 15-20 minutes for them to look for your prescription and usually you would have to wait another 20-30 minutes because it is not ready. I don't understand why it is not ready when it has been sent right away by the GP. If you "want" to spend 50 minutes every time you need to collect a prescription this is the place to go.

Never in my 42 years of having medication have a known a pharmacy to be so ridiculously slow. It'll take you half hour of queueing before you even get to hand over your prescription then and another half hour to get it. Suggest you take an afternoon a/l if you need anything from here.

Possibly the slowest pharmacy ever. Prescriptions are never ready and take an age to sort when you go in. Has really gone downhill, the convenience is not with the painful waiting
