I have shopped at Morrisons in Reigate many times, usually after church on Sundays, and have always had a pleasant experience. However, during my visit this evening, I experienced blatant racial profiling and humiliating treatment by one of the security staff.
I went shopping casually dressed in my home clothes, joggers, a t-shirt, no makeup. I had a jacket in one hand and a Space NK bag with makeup I had just purchased in the other. While choosing chocolates to buy before flying to my home country, I noticed the security guard following me around the store, which immediately made me feel uncomfortable.
At the self-checkout, the tall, bald security guard approached me and said, ?You have to pay for everything.? I was already in the process of paying and couldn?t understand why he was questioning me. In my head, I thought, ?Who else would pay for my items??
Throughout this, he kept his eyes on my Space NK bag and my items, circling them with his gaze and even pointing at them, as if looking for something to accuse me of. He wasn?t physically checking the bag, but it was clear his suspicion was based solely on my appearance and skin color. I was shocked, confused, and hurt. I even went back into the store to speak to him, wanting to understand his behavior, and was further dismayed that he, an immigrant himself, treated me in a judgmental and discriminatory way.
I have never experienced such behavior in Reigate, which is usually a welcoming neighborhood. This incident was unprofessional, racist, and completely unacceptable. Customers should never be subjected to suspicion or hostility based on race, appearance, or casual clothing. Morrisons management needs to take this seriously and ensure that all customers are treated with respect, fairness, and dignity.

Shop is unorganised, low on stock , self checkout system rubbish ( no human around if you needs 1).
More card ??? Just a scam ... with all offers , the morisons cost more than any other.
Check your receipt, 80% the offer doesn't exist!!!
Car park is a sick joke. Hopefully a professional supermarket will take over.

I was absolutely shocked when I saw there was a mouldy moth inside my brie, bacon, jam sandwich ?
The only positive was the manager, who was shocked, being super helpful and sorting me out with a refund and coupon. He said he will send it to the company who make the sandwiches for investigation, so I'm awaiting to hear about how they will ensure this doesn't happen again.
Still, knowing I ate 3 or 4 bites of a sandwich that had a mouldy moth inside it had made me feel ill all day. Never getting a meal deal from Morrisons again.

Just a cramped rundown store that is badly laid out and has terrible car parking. Half the self service checkout machines have never been operational yet they just leave them wasting space. The cafe now is closed and in true Morrisons style they have dumped some terrible garden and DIY stuff there. It's definitely the worst store around. Sainsbury's Redhill is in a different league.
I think they need an urgent upgrade or hand it to Waitrose.

I've had the best experience with Food to Order, I ordered online for these mini party cakes, I chose the exact date and time for collection. I had a reminder email the day before and a confirmation text and email to say they were ready for collection. Very efficient! No one shouts enough about the Party food order, but I think its brilliant!
Three different flavours chocolate, lemon and Victoria. The had fresh cream, light and fluffy and 16 cakes for £9.50!!!! IT was a total BARGIN!! Total cost £28.50!!!
I had decorated them with some flowers at Morrisons ready for my hubby's 40th party last weekend - thanks Morrisons! ?

Service at the cafe and dispenser is abysmal. No scanners for the More card. Does Morrisons want the business? Now, the spot that used to be the Cafe is just a dumping ground. They could have left the seats and tables so customers could take a breather and eat Morrison's produce. With unparalleled views of the car park to boot.
