Good ?

The store is dark, outdated, fridges often broken, out of date products on the shelf, overcrowded, car park a nightmare, and why is there no scan as you shop facility like every other major supermarket has? Gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the staff are trying their best. This is the only Morrisons in a wide area, so why not make it a good one?

Did our Christmas shop, shelves were full, lots of staff around if you had any questions and only small queues to pay, so no stress spot on Morrison Reigate

Reigate could do without this store. Most of the customer-facing staff are unpleasant and unreasonable to deal with. The deep pothole on the exit corner has been present for years and is filled in regularly, only lasting about 2 weeks until its back to being a crater. There are horrible high pitched speakers outside the entrance that hurt to listen to as you walk in. There are 5 self-serve counters that have been turned off for at least 3 years, despite self-serve having queues during college term-time that take a long time to clear. The toilets also have to be a hygiene risk, surely!

Today 29 the December I've been physically abused by the below photo security man for no reason. The staff and persons looked uncrflulled angaist a girl to a 60 old men he attacked me in the store because I smiled at him, he asked me for id since he bragged my hand and abused me physically and I thi k he was drunk. Another security men more intelligent and right helped me. Such a bad conduit such a bad training abusing shopppers

If you are used to big, bright, airy supermarkets, then the Reigate Morrisons is not that. The narrow aisles and the permanent piles of clutter stacked around checkouts make this feel like a family owned store from the 1980s, not a top 5 supermarket in the 2020s.The staff I've interacted with are usually polite and helpful, with one recent exception being a staff member who tried to insist I use the pointless conveyor belt self-checkouts because I was using a small trolley. If you are shopping alone, these are a waste of time; why would you want to put your shopping on a belt, walk to the other end, and take it off again? The store wasn't even busy and I was already at the checkout when she tried to move me.Understaffing means there are often no trolleys by the entrance, or only large ones. Several times I've walked to the entrance, then walked back into the car park to find a trolley. If you want a basket, then you may need to go and find one by the checkouts. The main reason for me to shop at Morrisons is that essentials for babies are reasonably priced. It would be even better if the stock of baby clothes was replenished regularly; unfortunately basics like cotton sleep suits seem to be out of stock for weeks.
