They often close early, doors were locked with almost 10 mins to go on a Sunday. The staff refused to let anyone in, and as other reviews have pointed out were entirely unhelpful.

Unfortunately this shop going down.....I used to love buy fresh flowers at M&S, but now second time I unpacked flowers, which unwrapped looks old straight away. Unhelpful staff on the phone.

When it comes to judging supermarkets there's no bigger tart than me so it'll come as no surprise to the people of sunny Reigate that I've given their M&S a 2-star rating. They didn't have any regeneratively farmed, unpasteurised, unhomogenised milk from cows who've known nothing but good times and fair weather. There was also less than ten 85% dark chocolate bars to choose from (there was only one).

Open bakery produce at low level in a narrow aisle means people?s dirty coats are constantly brushing against unwrapped bread and cakes. Not to mention cakes right at toddler level. Ugh. Please, M&S, sort this out.

My least favourite supermarket of all of them. Just ready meals full of sugar and E... ingredients. No variety of meals for gluten-intolerant people, but some food is nice just not many. M&S chocolate is the worst.

Staff are always lovely. Well stocked shelves (most of the time). The layout often changes which keeps you on your toes. Not the nicest looking M&S store; it really needs a revamp. However, after speaking with a manager about it, they say it's unlikely to happen soon as Reigate isn't one of M&S's best performing stores, and there are lots of structural elements with the store which make it difficult to work on.

Young, inexperienced and unhelpful staff. Poor lay out, impossible to walk through the store. Slow check outs.
