I was casually shopping, and popped into this store I was appalled by the store managers behavior (short curly hair woman) I saw her scream at another customer for not wearing a mask when they said they were exempt not only this I overheard her verbally abuse her own staff. Really excellent and friendly, knowledgeable service in the Jones the boot maker Reigate branch today. Thank you to both the women who worked in there for their helpful and practical advice today. Highly recommended.
