I went to the Reigate branch last weekend. Service was extremely slow. We waited over 1h for streets and almost another 1h for our mains. Both of my friends got served, but I got my curry without the rice ? very hungry (after 2h waiting), I watched my friends eating and my dish to get cold for over 20 minutes till I got my rice!!! No one offered to rehit my food, I paid over £40 my order did not include any alcohol. I will definitely not go again.

I absolutely love the Giggling Squid chain, and this branch is no exception! The food is always tasty, and this visit was no different?everything was full of flavor and beautifully presented. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making the experience even better. My only minor point would be that the starters could come with a bit more sauce, but other than that, it was a fantastic meal. Highly recommend!

We had a takeaway. For the price charged the food wasn't good enough.The potatoes in the curry tasted awful must be tinned and not fresh. Chicken was dry, mostly small, thin and not enough.

Giggling Squid, Reigate, is an absolute gem of a restaurant. With so much choice in the town, the fact that I continue to return on such a regular basis, and whatever the occasion, says everything!
The food is always delicious and beautifully presented - freshly cooked to order and never disappoints; to be able to produce such consistency across all of their dishes is a rare thing.
The staff are outstanding and have incredible menu knowledge and can always be relied on for bespoke recommendations. Nang, in particular, is brilliant at this and takes time and care to ensure that any new dish, which she recommends, is paired perfectly with side dishes.
Nang, is such a breath of fresh air and never fails to greet customers, including myself, with warmth and friendliness, no matter how many times she may have seen me! The customer experience she provides is so engaging and all-encompassing and provides so much more than you would expect from a regular quick lunch or dinner.
Thank you to everyone at Giggling Squid, Reigate; we're lucky to be able to have you as our local restaurant.

This is a really great place for delicious food and cocktails. They have a great selection of vegan choices on the menu so you won?t be disappointed. The massaman curry and the cashew stir fry were amazing! We had the salt and pepper mushrooms as a starter which was so good too. Highly recommend.

Went here yesterday for a meal with friends (18th January 2025). The food and atmosphere were delightful and the staff were all very friendly. A bottle of water for our table was forgotten but this was rectified.
