seeing as we could not get a time at oxted to see the new Bridget Jones film, we went to reigate thinking it would be the same pleasant experience, how wrong! In arrival noticed how unkempt the place was they going upstairs a little bar going along the corridor was full of used glasses, half eaten food, dirty plates, staff looked stressed we went to the bar but was guided away saying we will be round soon to get your orders, take a seat, the only seats were at the dirty bar, eventually it was cleared but staff were taking bucket loads if used plates, glassed from the cinema, hoover was taken in all within 10 mind from when we should have been in our seats! safe to say we wont return if we can?t get to oxted then we will use another cinema. We don?t go out often, so this was a total disappointment! cinema is not cheap these days so we expect organisation and a good experience. Everyman sort this out as its not good enough!

Normally love an Everyman but the seats in the theatre here were so cramped and uncomfortable I don't see how they can justify the price of the ticket. Especially given you have to crane your neck to see the screen.

The cinema was in a very poor state with dirt and litter. They apologised but had not allowed enough time to Clean. The food area was in a chaotic state. One might just tolerate it but the sears are not overly generous and one is sitting in a tight space. Confess nowhere near to comparison with their Oxted location. It is expensive as well. Poor quality and unclean. Will not repeat.

Went in August, to see Alien: Romulus (2024). As the only Customer on a quiet morning, Staff went about their duties and I felt treated like a Prince.
Run by people who genuinely like movies and passionate for the job they do. Bravo!

Double sofa to watch a film, fantastic. Can order snacks and drinks to your seat. The manager was friendly and very informative. Great cinema experience.

It was a lovely cinema and I love the idea of it but it did feel abit cramped and through out the whole film you could hear the film on the floor below which wasn?t great

Went to Everyman to watch the Blur Documentary and it was amazing from start to finish. The friendly greeting you get when you walk in the door, the Basque Cheesecake was to die for. The sofas were so so comfortable and they had blankets for anyone who wanted them. The service was fantastic, the staff asked everyone before the show if they would like anything and there was a QR Code at every seat too if you wanted to order direct. Brilliant venue ?

I forgot just how nice the Everyman Cinemas were. This one in Reigate has recently updated all of its seating. The seats in the front are "snug" so if you are on the taller or "wider" side I would recommend the seats in the rear half of the screen.
It is also great how you get great food in the cinema. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit.

I come here often for a relaxed evening with good food and films. Big shout out to Jake who has been there several times when I've been he always makes us feel so welcomed and can't do enough to make sure we're comfortable. Really lovely to have such a positive experience every time

What a lovely morning at the mother and baby film showing this morning. Hot drink and cake and iced water. The staff were so lovely and friendly. Thank you Chris and team even though there was a technical problem beyond your control. We will definitely be back and not just baby mornings.

Great idea of being served at seat, all staff were great, I found the sofa very worn cushions uncomfortable, food and drinks were good but found them very expensive.

Great experience watching Labyrinth yesterday, greeted by friendly staff who provided fast service. Food and cocktails were excellent.
