Costa has a very cosy and comfortable environment. The staff are very careful with the orders they take and serve customers well. Love their lattes to bits.

Open on Christmas Day... Nicely busy with cheerful staff. We go there a lot. But the Banstead store is looking tired and could do with a refresh, if only a coat of paint and a permanent fix for the temporary....at least 2 years...bit of wood under the counter. Always get a good coffee with super friendly service.

Amazing Coffee, Frappe and Hot Chocolates!
My eldest has intolerances to wheat, soya and cows milk, so finding somewhere that can make him a hot chocolate is worth shouting about!
The gentleman who took our order was very well informed about the allergens in their drinks and checked the allergy folder with me to identify what my son could/couldn?t have. There was only one inconsistency where the folder stated the hot chocolate powder contained milk when online it stated it did not. But the gentleman happily grabbed the packet they used and I saw the ingredients were without milk.
My son was then able to order an Oat Based Hot-chocolate with Oatly Light Whip and marshmallows. He was so happy!!
Dietary restrictions: Although the food options are a bit difficult for us to find for my eldest to eat they have a variety of items that include gluten free.
The milk options are very good and easy to ask for: oat, coconut, soya, skimmed, semi-skimmed and whole fat.
Kid-friendliness: Lots of food and drink options for children. Free Costa Wifi, selection of different seats and tables and space for children to be children without running around.
Wheelchair accessibility: No steps on entry and light door to open/hold. Disabled toilet (which I haven?t used as of yet) is near the back of the cafe. There is nice space between tables to move around in my powerchair without crashing my wheels into them. The staff were very helpful and brought my drink over to me. Again on leaving the doors are very light and I managed to leave using one door. The staff are very friendly and would have helped if I needed any assistance.

drinks were absolutely phenomenal, staff were lovely, however there were builders screaming and swearing and throwing tools on the floor when we visited. i of course understand that the staff cannot help what other people do but there was no effort to ask them to quiet down or even to just lay off the swearing as there were a number of young children in the cafe and it was incredibly unpleasant. i usually really like this place but im disappointed with my recent visit and id recommend sticking to the costa in redhill town centre if you can.

I drink at a lot of costas but have a soft spot for this one. The guy this morning for example was just nice and polite and it just helps the day start well.

Friendly staff. Nice quiet place to sit early morning. Sometimes could be cluttered with cardboard boxes at a corner.

Costa Reigate gets busy but the friendly staff handle it well. It's a nice venue in a convenient location. You can park for free in the supermarket car park.Parking: Morrisons is free for 2 or 3 hours I believe. It can get busy but there is always space. There are paid car parks close by and short term free spots in the road if you get lucky.Wheelchair accessibility: No access issues that I can see for wheelchair users. The floor plan is spacious so plenty of room to manoeuvre.

I used to love getting coffee from here, however all of the staff which knew how to make a good coffee left. Not too keen on the blend here and the coffee isn't always hot. On the bright side the staff are efficient.

I ordered vanilla coffee. I couldn't taste any vanilla but they charged me for it. No seats. I went in around 3.15pm. They had blocked off half the seating despite being busy. They weren't closing so I don't understand why everytime I come, half the seating is closed. It could be early afternoon or late afternoon always closed seating off early. The staff are always lovely and they brought my drink to my table which they didn't have to. So always pleased with the staff. I had to sit near the toilet because of no other seats and I needed a table for doing my work. The loos have no buffer door so it stinks out the whole area. I had to drank quickly and left because the smell was so bad. I really wish I could come and be able to sit for a while and write I'm just so fed up of the seating always being closed.

A regular visitor here, staff is polite and looks after you very well.Food quality is consistent with other Costa outfits.There is generally plenty of space to sit down.A special shout out to Leanne. She was working alone today and there was a long queue to be served. We were amazed by her speed and calmness at the under pressure. Our order was delivered as requested.Many thanks Leanne!!
