The service from the team at Reigate was good, however the two set of glasses I purchased are rubbish, my reading glass I have had to take back to boots twice but still had to fix myself, the seeing glasses went back three times and have now fallen to bits completly and one of the arms is lost

The lady that did my eye test was very special; extremely conscientious - she even came out afterwards to check something with me having done some research into a condition that I had mentioned and got me back in to recheck some earlier measurements/observations. I am always grateful to be able to have an annual eye test due to a glaucoma risk and after a change to my prescription I was looking to buy new frames. However following a couple of unsatisfactory previous purchases and a lack of interest, maybe lack of staff and time , I didn't feel comfortable spending my money. I have since made a purchase elsewhere.

The optician is always very thorough and explains everything clearly. The dispensing optician is one of the most honest and helpful people. I would not go anywhere else.

I was met in the opticians and felt very relaxed . Answered some personnel questions and then met the optician . She was very polite and made me feel at ease from the first minute, very friendly and professional. Explained in detail what she was doing with the different lenses throughout the examination. Thank you so much. Bhavana was very understanding and helped me understand the issues i have with my eyes
