I came into Reigate especially to purchase own brand corn pads as they beat all other makes. Closed 2.05pm until 3.05pm. I arrived at 2.10pm. I wandered around other shops until 2.55pm then waited outside for the remaining 10mins. I am elderly and was feeling weak from dehydration so asked assistant who opened the door for some water. She said she would fetch me some and told me where to sit. She didn't bring me any so the pharmacist did.
These closing times are so ridiculous. The sign on the door says closed today - I suspect it's every day.
I will try to remember not to come here again.

Went in today to ask for help from the pharmacy and they were so generous and kind with their time and qualification. Very grateful, will keep returning. Great staff

Staff are nice but it?s really inconvenient to be closed for lunch every day, when most people do their errands. It?s not even like it?s the same time every day so you can plan around it, just turn up and it?s 50/50 if it?s shut ????

Closes randomly in the middle of the day because apparently it's imperative that the staff all eat their lunch at the exact same time.

Store closed for an hour lunch break
Why can?t staff stagger their lunch break?
Especially when there is the pharmacy service
Would be helpful to have when the store is closed during the day online

The most dirty and miserable Boots i have ever been in. And the most miserable shop in Reigate high street. The windows are always dirty inside and out, It is always empty from stock and the queueing system is far from working when it gets busy.

I entered the Boots shop in Reigate last Saturday and found straight at the door: empty shelves with a thick layer of dust, dirt, debris of food and something looking like a poo. I informed the manager, and he explained that he was dealing with it and blamed the cleaning company. The same I received in April this year. How can you buy cosmetics in a place like this? Please go there and check. Pictures attached

Poor service! The staff is rude and unhelpful.. they really hate it there. Queues are always long, stock is poor and they close in the middle of the day? Does the staff needs to have their lunch break at the same time? No one else in town does that.I am hoping they close and something better opens.

The most infuriating Boots I've ever been in! Every time I collect prescriptions for my partner, it takes 20 minutes even when there's only 1 person in front of me in the queue. Whatever system is in place for organising prescriptions and serving them to the customer IT DOESN'TWORK! Watching 3 or 4 people going back and forth passing things to each other and then back again, whilst awkwardly avoiding eye contact with the ever growing queue, just looks like nobody knows what they're doing. I really have no idea what on earth they're trying to achieve with their method, but it's clumsy, time-consuming, ineffective, and inefficient. I won't be using it from now on and suggest you also go elsewhere until it improves.

Empty shelfs , couldn't find things I came for ? or even something similar.After my first visit a while ago, came back to Boots in Reigate , quite disappointed , most of shelfs - empty .

Feels like its always about to close down! Barely stocked makeup, or anything else for that matter. Staff are lovely but its a horrid store.
