Coffee unavailable at 3:20 pm though shop closes at 4 pm. No hot drinks available yesterday either. For a coffee shop they are never able to make sure coffee is available. Even if shop closes at 5, coffee is not available 30-45 mins before that. Not reliable

Coffee not available more than available. Always closes early. When Coffee is available it stops usually half hour before closing!

Without a doubt the worst part of an English hospital is always the main foyer. There's always a shop selling overpriced soft drinks and an angry receptionist ready & waiting to make enemies with everyone who plugs their phone in.

Atrocious experience dealing with Kim (apparent manager)! Inedible food, health hazards... Their incompetence knows no bounds. Not only were they utterly useless at managing anything, but their breath could knock out a herd of elephants from a mile away. It's a mystery how they even got hired in the first place.

Staff stopes serving hot drink usually at 7pm.Today they've decided at 18:50 they don't serve hot drinks anymore.Just wondering if the management knows that.They only just removed one of the trays, so machine not cleaned yet, so that excuse is out.

Despite a huge volume of food and drinks on offer, the vast majority are unhealthy - which I find abysmal for a hospital. There were hundreds of fizzy and caffeinated energy drinks, but not one smoothie or (low sugar) fruit juice. Complained and was met with a shrug and an eye roll. Clearly WHSmith care more about what sells and makes them money, then they do providing healthy options to those that are medically vulnerable. Try Boots round the corner, much better healthy range and you should give them your money as they clearly actually care about their customers. Rant over (for now).
