I regularly stay at the Travelodge, staff are really friendly and considerate. It is most convenient, 3 minutes to the train station and 5 minutes into town.

Where to start! Awful shower no constant temperature. Kept running cold.Mould on shower curtain, scum and mould around both bath taps and sink taps.Definitely not cleaned as I found a pubic hair on bath side near tap.Broken soap dispenser next to sink.Mosquito, yes... dead mosquito found in bathroom! Also found another one buzzing round in the morning.Paint streaks on the actual windows. Obviously they tried to update with a lick of paint, but didn't clear up after. All in all, an awful experience and won't be going back. The only positive was Chi Chi the receptionist who was very welcoming. The lady in the morning on reception was also very helpful and encouraged me to fill out a form online.Rooms rubbish. Staff amazing !Travel lodge are normally pretty good but this hotel is stuck in the past and isn't being monitored.

The restaurant is not part of the hotel so we mistakenly went in and helped ourselves to breakfast only to find out prepaid breakfast wasn't for this place. We paid again and are waiting a refund from the hotel. It was most confusing. And they charge you extra for WiFi here.

Very happy with my mercurial stay at Redhill Travelodge. While my wife was in hospital, it was the refuge I sorely needed. The kind, jovial, and hospitable staff were wonderful. Very accommodating of our dog.The room was spotlessly clean and had everything I needed. Had no problems whatsoever.Thank you for a delightful stay while I was at my lowest ??Walkability: great access to Redhill town centre.Noteworthy details: Toby Carvery next door was very convenient!

Thin walls, 30 meters from the railway so you can hear them while you sleep, black mould near the soap dispenser and shower curtain, no soap in the soap dispenser, no fridge. Don't bother staying here.

Friendly staff, the location is close to the train station. Overall the hotel is a little tired and is due to be decorated. But it does the job.

Recently refurbished on the inside. Sadly, when the windows are opened, the frames have not been repainted. Cheaply done. The staff were fantastic. My mum stayed there for a couple of nights and was treated very well. Her dogs were allowed to stay as well.

Fairly good stay. Staff were great when I checked in at 10pm. The room was ok. Clean and basic. So much noise from the hallway and the other rooms though. The train noise wasn't too bad with the 3rd glazing shut.3 stars because the price on a Saturday is shocking. £43 on a Sunday & £93 on a Saturday for a tiny room in Redhill. Really shocking but I had no other options.

The location is fine, although it is noisy due to its proximity to the train station. Service is good but not amazing because we had to walk down and tell them what we needed each time! However, the majority of the employees are kind and helpful. Ours was a family room, so it was large, but the fan, table, and everything else was dirty and dusty. The kettle was in terrible shape, and when I opened it, there were dead bugs inside! And one more thing there is no lift, if you are coming with lot of luggage it?s going to be difficult to take everything upstairs. Not the greatest in town, but certainly not the worst.

This is a no frills hotel, somewhere to put your head down for the night. The rooms are clean and functional. The staff are helpful and friendly. We asked for extra pillows and towels and they were happy to oblige. It wouldn?t be somewhere I would stay for a long period of time but for an overnight stay was handy and the Toby carvery next door was decent. We were in a room overlooking the train line. Not the prettiest view, however slept uninterrupted by any noise.
