“I’m usually reluctant to try somewhere different when it comes to work on my car, but the lack of availability elsewhere brought me to Watling Tyres Redhill to replace a pot hole write-off for a preordered replacement tyre on my Volvo via the Blackcircles website. Maybe I was fortunate, or my timing was good, but I was away within half an hour after they opened, attended to by one of their mobile fitters on standby prior to his first call out. Another guy recalibrated the tyre pressure monitors. I’m impressed because of a sense of team work, no reluctance from the mobile fitters on standby for their first call outs. The sense of professional courtesy, presentation and layout were equally impressive. I cannot speak for their direct pricing policy as I always seem to fair better using the Blackcircles buying power, however another customer I had a chat with in reception seemed to have struck a decent deal directly and so I will explore this pricing option for comparison next time. And by the way, did I say I’d have no hesitation in using these guys again!”

“Even though it was a busy time between Christmas and New Year, I only waited about 20 minutes to get a new battery fitted by a very friendly fitter called Tom. Although the job was made exasperating because of a bizarrely hidden bolt, he kept his sense of humour and got the job done nicely. My stop/start had never worked before this and now it does!
