I'm 24 and they really ID me cause under 25 i understand if it was alcohol or tobacco but a energy drink? Ridiculous. Im obviously over 20 and energy drinks have to be ID'd if they are under 16. Never in my life i have been forced to show ID for a energy drink. There is doing a job which i understand but there is also common sense!!! The 2 ladies that were there are jobsworths

I went in to collect a parcel, which the person behind the counter was really helpful, looking through all the parcels, whilst also approving checks on the self service, and also serving people in between on the tills who wanted to pay with cash. They rung the bell, and no one came. They rang again, as they're under pressure, trying to find parcels and serve and support customers so people aren't held up, that second bell and a bellow came from down the shop 'I am doing something what do you want'. They explained a customer was trying to find their parcel, of which 'I am doing something' was shouted down. They came over, harping on and huffing and moaning, all whilst I was standing there. It wasn't until I told them to rein it in that they stared at me - said nothing carried on with what they were doing. It wasnt until other people arrived after triple bell to help out and were really supportive. This person walked off. Emma is their name. Atrocious customer service and stop to their team appallingly.

I wanted to share my experience with all the customers of this store, I was in the store this morning and witnessed a staff member named Emma (known as the manager of this store) Being Particularly rude To a middle-age man, He was doing a scratch card at the counter, when he asks for another one, She replied, ?get out Now?, I found this quite shocking as to what I had witnessed the man wasn?t doing Anything wrong? Absolutely appalling customer service, Especially from the manager, which I found out from another staff member, I will most certainly not be returning to this store.

i?m so angry with my experience in this tesco?s. i?ve been a loyal customer who?s been going here for many years, but there is no bakery in the mornings. i?m not one to leave bad reviews but it?s becoming a joke now, the new ish staff are so rude. There was this woman who was wearing a tie dye shirt and she was being so incredibly horrible, to staff and to customers.

Overall this store is fantastic and I?ve been shopping here almost on a daily basis and I?ve never really had any issues apart from the non existent bakery in the mornings but that?s the least of this stores issues as I am writing this due to the appalling behavior of one of the current managers who I have seen on multiple occasions act out of line towards other members of staff. I believe they are a manager at least, due to them wearing a tie dye shirt with a name badge instead of the usual uniform like the rest of the staff. If I?m not mistaken her name is Emma. I have consistently witnessed unprofessional comments being directed towards other staff members while customers are present. She frequently communicates in a condescending and dismissive tone, often undermining employees in front of colleagues and customers. I can clearly see that is demoralizing for the other staff members and looks to be causing an unhealthy workplace environment.
As a manager you need to be able to respect, support and to bring out the best in others. Unfortunately, this manager's approach is the opposite?her attitude breeds tension, resentment, and a noticeable drop in morale among staff and I?m only seeing snippets of this from going to buy a few items. Several employees look fed up whenever I see them being spoken to by this individual.
In my opinion, this person is not suited for a customer service job let alone a managerial role. A leader should uplift their team, not belittle them. I strongly urge senior management to review the situation by asking other staff members in private for their point of view allowing them to freely speak their thoughts without consequences. If you visit this store do your best to avoid this individual! Ask members of staff in blue uniform if ever you need help as they are lovely and always try their best to help!

Tesco express Redhill Surrey, is situated on 73 Canalside, Holmethorpe Quarry, Redhill, RH1 2NH. It is one of the best stores in the area. You have everything fresh and you will find the best coffee from the city. People are very hospitable and very nice. Between 2011 - 2022 Archie cat ?? it was here and everyone love him. Archie started to be loved by everyone and all the times he lived near the store. I think for this reason Tesco becomes a special one!

Stock a range of basic food and drink needs. Their parcel drop off/ collection system is diabolical. Very little order or organisation to their system, ended up waiting for over 25 minutes to collect one parcel with only two people infront of me in the line. Someone who was dropping off a parcel was allowed to skip this second queue. Very disappointing and will likely avoid their parcel service in future.
