Went into the store today, young lady called Sue was blinding. She was so helpful and lovely. I hadn?t a clue what I was looking for and she gave me all the time and explained what I needed. Can?t fault her. Thank you so much for helping me and taking the time to give me great service.

I often shop in this store and can never fault them. Always helpful and genuine. The members of staff that have helped me have always gone above and beyond to assist.

Rude unprofessional staff constantly hovering around as if customers are thieves, cannot shop in peace, not to mention the earpiece that is used to openly discuss customers. They don?t even make a point of hiding it. In addition, the staff are not trained and don?t even know when a product needs to be returned. They do not understand basic consumer rights or their own store policies

Product great. I have a Superdrug points card. But the staff in Redhill store were so rude. I didn't hear the woman on the floor sorting out the shelf say to my friend you show her where the ankle support were I cannot be bothered. If that was said when I worked I would of been sacked on the spot. The other woman at the till was OK. But didn't look at me when she spoke, or smile. Shame because genuinely there are good staff in there. I will go in again as Product is very good. But it's lacking staff training if any.

Awful ? shop full of mean girls working there Constantly talking about customer's who walk through the door and laughing. I thought those headphones they wear are supposed to liaise with each other (staff) not taking the mick out of customer's, not surprised its so dead in the shop, so unprofessional. Never seen this behavior in other Superdrug stores ONLY REDHILL!!!!!! rather spend my money in Boots alot nicer. Shame I couldn't give it 0 star's

I went in on Monday 9th sept about 10 ish in the morning and was looking for a lip stain. There was a really lovely blonde girl who helped me pick out the my first one. She was very knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable and welcomed and didn't pressure me to choose.

love this place i love the bright colours of the displays, the very polite workers, the amazing smells from the perfume section - it truly is heaven on earth. ive spent probably 70% of my money here, and i will be continuing this. thanks superdrug i love you and ur 3 for 2 deals please keep them up
