Today I was with my family in Redhill sports direct for shopping. I'm Romanian and I'm shopping from this place from more than 8 years. today the experience was horrible. We requested a couple of sizes for different shoes and the manager refused to help us. More like that she was sitting only behind us, as we been some robbers. When requested to speak with a manager for her behaviour she said that she is the manager and if I don't want to do shopping, to get out from the shop. At the end I requested to put me in contact with her supervisor/superintendent and she said smiling that all the complaints she is taking and she said that she even have the power to get us out from her shop. This behaviour is not a normal behaviour especially not from a manager. I was managing Kaufland for 3 years andas a manager you know very well that 1 unhappy customer will remove from the shop between 5 and 10 more customers. Today (even in this situation I spent £300). Next time these money will go to another shop where I m treated with respect even if I buy or not something. For today experience 0 stars.

On Monday, June 10th, 2024, at 5:30 PM, I visited the Redhill store to buy a shoe for my wife. The staff showed no interest in assisting us, stating that the store was closing at 6:00 PM. Despite my request to see a specific shoe size, they ignored us. This level of service is unacceptable, especially since the lady in the store was particularly rude.

Box was delivered broken and i send photos also and then also they don't send me missing items and for 2 products they want evidence like police man

We had a such rude customer service from this store.Lady said she is the manager.She has no idea about customer service.My first negative feedback to a store in my life.Hope Sports Direct will treat customers a bit more politely.

Visit the store looking for trainers. Found a pair that I liked but unfortunately didn't had my size in stock. Darren the sales representative were amazing and went out his way to find me a store close by with my size in stock. This guys is s huge asset to the store and have a great personality. Extremely limited stock of women's clothing. I was looking for a proper sports top but instead there were just a handful of cotton t-shirts, which you can get in any shop and definitely don't want to use for sports, unless you think crazy golf is a sport ;)

Shop assistants are not helpful at all / if you find one!!!Tall guy with black glasses ( manager/door mate...), rude as a ...Please get him a training about how to communicate with customers or just replace him.I don't recommend to buy anything here

I had to go into Redhill sports direct yesterday to exchange an item I bought online which was the wrong size I first spoke to Natasha who was exstremly helpful and friendly then Robert helped me get what I wanted Natasha and Robert couldn't of done enough for me thank you both very much from Julian.?
