went for my eye test, the service was great, no waiting around. had the extra oct picture which was revealing, no need for new glasses but a follow up at the hospital was recommended. all good and recommended.

The lady on the front desk wouldn?t adjust my sun glasses because I bought them somewhere else. I have contact lenses monthly subscription with Specsaves and buy all my glasses from them, but she wasn?t interested.
I went to vision express and without any issues they adjusted my glasses. I will be swapping to vision express from now on, very unhelpful Specsaves.
