Yesterday I had reason to visit Screwfix in Redhill. I wasn?t sure which plumbing items I needed and asked Errin?s assistance. I?ve never encountered such a helpful, professional duty manager.

Also, I found out Wednesdays are ?Doughnut? day. Pop in, ask a question and you get offered a doughnut!! Absolutely fantastic idea ?

Went today to buy some wall sockets but the gentleman at the till wasn't that kind to look up in the computer claiming that they are too many pages to look up. I just asked for the plain white ones that you find in most of the house. He sent me away to look up and come with the catalogue code. He probably don't want to sell his stuff .... Same. He should let happy people to work in his place.

Never had a problem here, plenty of inventory, polite and efficient employees and decent amount of parking outside with an Electric Vehicle charge point near.
