The store has been expanded and redesigned. Changes were confusing at first but now shopping experience is good. That experience continues to be spoilt, however, by lifts and travelators being regularly out of action. Sainsbury's seems to be unable to solve this problem, something it's hard to believe.

They keep moving all the products around, turning a quick shop visit into an hour long escape room-like experience.

I do not often leave reviews unless I believe it is important. I have been really frustrated with Sainsbury?s recently. They are doing a refurbished which has made shopping difficult for me. I went today to buy cat milk and they had run out! I was furious as I shop specifically for this every week. I nearly abandoned my shopping because I was so angry. I found the manager and complained bitterly, arms flailing everywhere. I gave it to him with both barrels!
I have to say he was cool and calm in the face of my fury! He heard my complaints and then went specifically to look for what I needed. He was gone a while but came back with cat milk that had just been delivered. He had to unpack the delivery to get it. So I would like to commend him for his patience and for going the extra mile for me. This meant a lot and has renewed my faith in the shop. So thank you Mr Sainsbury?s of Redhill manager. I hope he gets to see this.

Worst delivery orders collection team, they don?t care for drivers standing more than half an hour, like uber and just eat drivers are standing 1 hour to pick 1 order,

You can shop there as in a supermarket and shop for clothes too. Flowers for love ones too.

Overall, I like it. However... management staff either can not be bothered to help customers or spending time on their mobiles or chattingbetweeneachother. Floor staff is always helpful.

I would like to give an enormous thank you to Sam and Darren on your grocery delivery team who went totally out of their way to deliver a shop that had failed due to a mix up. My daughter was having a small party in the evening and they totally saved the day. They were both so helpful and gracious and really helped me out. They are a credit to your team. Thanks guys x

We?ve been going to this brunch for years but today we have had a very bad experience with the manager called S?? We did supermarket in the in the afternoon as usual. Around 7pm we were about to cook for the kids and we pulled the milk we bought which we noticed it was spoiled. I went back to exchange it (without open it) but the manager refused to do so however the way he handled the problem was absolutely abusive also he said he is not going to get it back because is been more than 30mins and he didn?t want other customers to get poison. O my god - it?s a spoiled milk how on earth he was thinking of selling it to an other customer. Please look at the picture below how other spoiled bottles are kept on the shelves.
Supermarkets are expected to sell food that is safe and of good quality, selling spoiled/expired milk is illegal.

Watch out for the trolleys on the travelators as many don't stick and are dangerous. Of course a lot of the time the travelators aren't working anyway and you have to queue for the lifts.

Good variety with offers for the nectar card. Toilets available including baby changing and disability access facilities. Plenty of parking but not sure why there are too many spaces for blue badge holders. Many store assistants are helpful but some are too busy. Have a satisfactory refund policy but you need the receipt and the card you used for payment. Can park one hour for free even if you go to the town centre but you have to get a ticket from the machine. Its free for 3 hours if you shop in. Parking is free after 6 and no need to display a ticket.
