The store has been expanded and redesigned. Changes were confusing at first but now shopping experience is good. That experience continues to be spoilt, however, by lifts and travelators being regularly out of action. Sainsbury's seems to be unable to solve this problem, something it's hard to believe.

BIG thank you to the lady with lovely, long, red ,plaited hair on the trolley self service at 0900 ish 30th August who called me back because id left a very expensive joint of beef on the till. Thank you.
