Due to an unfortunate mishap with the printer, the documents I sent to be printed over had half the files missing. Though at no fault of the staff, Philippa, was an absolute star and did her best to rectify the problem. Such a friendly store and what was initially a frustrating situation, I left feeling very grateful for the lovely service and truly did their best to resolve my situation!

I went in on Sunday to print some wedding photos and Tijan was so helpful. He really took his time to ensure the pictures were perfect for me. Tijan has got great customer service skills and I just wanted to say thank you to him.

Natalie at Rymans in Redhill was very helpful and polite. We had a lovely chat as she laminated some signs for a local charity shop where I work.

Jay in the Redhill store went above and beyond to help me. The product was not in stock but he rang a colleague in another shop and then googled to see the type of thing I was looking for, in between serving other customers, all before the shop was about to close today. He?s a credit to the company.
