Great place for dog food

I bought a hamster at this store back in February and the service was excellent. The manager took the time out to cancel an online order for us so that we could repurchase everything we needed to take our little guy home with us immediately. They took the care to talk us through everything we needed and ensured we were equipped enough. Our hamster is happy, healthy and we love having him. Thank you!

They have veterinarian appointments at the back of the store. A lot of items for your pets. And some rodents and fish to choose from if you?d like to buy small animals. They have lots of cages and all types of food even life bugs for lizards

I?ve never come across any retailer that pushes loyalty cards so hard. With most I just say no and they carry on, woman at Pets at Home just gutted at me because I didn?t want her to look up my details ?because then we give to charity.?
So I think this is fairly poor customer service anyway. But also, I?d love Pets at Home to provide an explanation of why they?d only give to charity when a customer uses a loyalty card.

Sadly very disappointed in the way they deal with you when you have to say goodbye to your pet,
Asking for your payment before they put your dog to rest,
No heart or compassion for owners at such a sad time
