I believe this shop is very good but I gave up 02/Virgin Mobile a while ago as they got too expensive. Only used their excellent wifi while passing.

HelloI?m O2 customer since 2012 and I have 5 contracts that cover all family from my Wife to my kids.Today I have been at Redhill brunch with my mum and my dad in order them to change from 3 to O2.Believe or not the operative doesn?t want to do a sim contract or either receive them because they English it?s not fluent or good enoughtboth are in Uk since 2013 and they have the permanent right to remaining in UK both are workers. I ofer my self to help with any translations if necessary but the supervisor Craig 0175 refuse to receive them. Just to add it was 15:30 and store close at 4pmRacism act should be punished by law

I recently lost my phone. I popped into the Redhill store to sort out the blocking of my missing phone and getting a replacement SIM for a spare phone I had. Leeonie was very friendly and helpful and sorted everything. A big thankyou.

Was in need a replacement eSIM asap after landing at Gatwick. This store was the nearest, popped by and was looked after by a friendly staff member who sorted everything quickly!

Bought a brand new iphone 13 pro max, after 11 months the phone with no marks, completely perfect decided to stop working, clearly a defect!O2 not only decide not to replace or fix the phone but out right refused to even look at it.Discutingly rude to my mother, left with a passing comment to take it to apple and that it will cost "loads" to fix as they have no idea.Would highly sugguest staying well clear from this shop and furthermore 02 in general.If only i could leave 0 stars...

Ibadan few messages recently saying my contract had finished and I was paying more than necessary. The chap in the store said I had a year to go but that there had been a few spam msgs and that I had the best contract going on O2

Unfortunately my experience in this shop has not been positive, and I am not used to leave reviews but this time I feel I have to. The customer service representatives working here are good and they try to help you in each way they can, but when it comes to issues like mine, the store leader C. actioned the closure of my account with O2 on the 24th December and the account was only closed officially on the 3rd February; as a result of this I have got a Default notice and potentially a red mark on my credit file because of their incompetence. I had to call the security in order to help me as I can't stand injustice. One star is the minimum that you can give but my rating is 0, zero as the services they "provided" me. Please stay away from this shop if you respect and love yourself. Due to privacy I cannot share the complaint I raised.
