Wanted to purchase a new phone but couldn't even get into shop locked doors policy and poor customer service

I had to get two new phones for my parents due to old 3G network being shut off
On arrival was greeted by friendly staff
And the whole service from all involved was great, didn?t get the names of the staff but they made the whole process very easy.
Very happy customer, would definitely recommend

Absolute first class from O2 here, massive customer care, and hugely impressed with the knowledgeable staff especially Harry and the girl (name I didn?t catch), highly recommend and credit to their store, nice work folks

Went into O2 redhill on Saturday the 8th. At first I was really appalled by the way I heard a staff member by the name of Owen speaking to other staff members. Mine and his experience was very mediocre. As I went to leave a lovely lady by the name of lilli came over to me and asked if I needed anything and I explained that I was looking for a new phone that could fit around quite a tight budget and she gave me some amazing suggestions. The experience I received was fantastic and I cannot thank her enough for chasing me down to help me as I'm not good with contracts with phones.
This review would have been a 5 star review if it wasn't for the beginning. I suggest as an ex manager with customer service experience to have a proper sit down and chat with the young man as this can really hurt people. I'm ashamed and disgusted by the things I heard this young man say to his employees.

I recently upgraded my iPhone at the Redhill Store in Surrey. I must say that I received exceptional service from Owen, who was incredibly knowledgeable about mobile phones, and Lilli, who was relatively new to the business. They were both very helpful and answered all my questions without hesitation. I left feeling confident that I had made the right decision. I?m really enjoying getting to know my new mobile phone.

Harry (The Assistant Manager) understands exactly what customer service is, and is an inspiration to the team in store. Give him a Manager position now.

Poor service and no apology for it were received at this shop from Owen today. After requesting help from what should be a basic task of swapping pay as you go to pay monthly and keep our current numbers, he told us it should be done but come back in 24hrs if not and he could call for support and assist us further. It hadn?t worked so returned (drove 45mins) to be told here is a number call them and sort. We have spent over 6hrs on the phone over the last week trying to resolve this on the phone and then Owen on the first occasion yesterday was helpful but on the second visit today didn?t want to know. Was towards the end of the day and just didn?t care. I would use an alternative branch in future. No apology either.

I went into the Redhill store today after purchasing a new phone with o2 and choosing an e-sim which was not working correctly. My issue was dealt with quickly and efficiently and my phone is now working. I meant to ask the guy's name who I spoke to so I can't give a personal thank you to him but all of the staff in the store were also friendly and helpful. It was a far less stressful experience than the 2 calls I made to 'customer service' which got me nowhere, and stresses the importance of having the shops for in person help which is invaluable. Thanks so much to the staff at Redhill for your help today.

O2 themselves has been absolutely useless as well as o2 crawley however harry Redhill in store was absolutely brilliant exploring every option possible and arriving at the best solution will happily deal with him again
